The First Materials & Technology, Inc. warehouse is located in east Houston, about ten minutes from downtown. 50 lb bags andone-ton Super Sacks can be loaded at this location. Please contact us to schedule your pickup time.
From West & Downtown Houston
Drive east on I-10 towards Beaumont. Take exit 772 and turn right onto Kress Street, and go to Larimer Street at first stop sign. Turn left and go to Boyles. Turn right on Boyles and the warehouse is on the right.
From East Houston
Drive west on I-10 towards downtown. Take exit 772 and turn left onto Lathrop Street, and go to second stop sign where Larimer changes to Palestine. Turn left and then turn right onto Boyles, the next street on your right. The warehouse is on the right.
