First Materials & Technology, Inc. has supplied a variety of soil stabilization and environmental clean-up materials to the building and environmental industries for more than two decades Original owner, Charles R. Miller created a variety of legendary, patented, scientific and engineering innovations that are widely used today.

The company has established a reputation for high quality-control standards and exceptional customer service. First Materials & Technology, Inc. addresses each customer's specific job requirements individually with great attention to detail. Qualified job supervisors are available to attend to special trucking or delivery needs. 

Shirley Miller Lee: Company President and CEO/CFO since inception, handles the administration and accounting of the company from its executive offices in Cameron, Texas.

C. Lance Miller: Vice President and General Manager, is based at the company-owned warehouse property at 1318 Boyles Street, Houston, TX 77020 (see Map & Directions). With many years experience in the company, Lance continues his late father's vision and initiative, continually striving for innovative improvements to products and service, with special attention to continuing customer needs.

Alan R. Lazarow: Project Manager & Asbestos Abatement, Mold, Lead and Industrial Hygiene Consulting services, working out of the Cameron Administration Office.

John House: Houston Office and Warehouse Service and Dispatch Manager.

Richard Plunk: Plant Manager of the company-owned facility in Navasota, Texas, oversees the staff responsible for mixing, blending and trucking, dispatching and sales for First Materials products.

Ernest R. Bryan & Associates: CPA and company Auditors since inception.

Charles A. Vernon: Attorney at Law attends to our company legal requirements.
